About David Colclough

For most people, buying or refinancing a home or investing in a commercial property is one of the biggest decisions of their lives. David Colclough sees it as both an honor and a sacred responsibility to guide his clients through that journey.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, David brings discipline, integrity, and heart to every interaction. He’s more than a loan officer, he’s a trusted advocate who takes the time to understand each client’s long-term goals, educate them on their options, and match them with the perfect loan program to build stability and generational wealth. His goal is simple: to create clients for life by delivering world-class service with compassion and excellence.

David is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management. Together with his wife, he has served for many years as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children and is a passionate advocate for adoption.

The Colcloughs also serve as ministers in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), where their ministry focuses on strengthening families, mentoring youth, counseling couples, and teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University.

They are the proud parents of six wonderful children, and when David isn’t helping clients or serving in ministry, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and scuba diving.

For David, faith, family, and service are more than words, they’re a way of life.
